the title in the judgment dated 23.01.2026.
Present: Sh. Ranjan Kumar Chaudhary, Ld. Counsel for the
applicant/plaintiff.
It is submitted by the counsel for the plaintiff that in the
judgment and decree dated 23.01.2026, the name of the defendant
has been wrongly mentioned as Rakesh Kumar, but the name of
defendant is Rajesh Kumar @ Jai Singh.
I have perused the application and the judgment and
decree dated 23.01.2026. It appears that due to inadvertent
typographical error, the name of the defendant is mentioned as
Rakesh Kumar instead of Rajesh Kumar @ Jai Singh.
Accordingly, necessary correction is made. It is clarified
that the title in the judgment and decree dated 23.01.2026 be read
as ‘Jagdish Chander vs. Rajesh Kumar @ Jai Singh’ instead of
‘Jagdish Chander vs. Rakesh Kumar’.
Application is disposed off accordingly.
File be consigned to record room.
Copy of the order be given dasti.
