with defendant no. 1 & 2 in person.
LRs of deceased defendant no.5 exparte vide order dated
19.07.2025.
Defendants no. 4 & 6 have not been served till date.
The Ld. Predecessor vide order dated 15.12.2023 had stated
that since none is appearing for the remaining defendants, they shall be
proceeded exparte, however, none of the defendants have been proceed
exparte except the LRs of deceased defendant no.5.
Issue fresh summons for settlement of suit to the defendants
no. 4 & 6 on filing of PF/RC and through all electronic modes for
NDOH.
Reply to the contempt application filed. Copy supplied.
Let the contempt application be tagged with main case file.
The misc. DJ no.583/25 is disposed of as the plaintiff has filed the pen
drive. The same be tagged with the main case file.
Put up for further proceedings on 20.02.2026.
