1. The revisionist has filed this Revision Petition under Section 438 read with
Section 440 of BNSS against the impugned Order dated 22.09.2025 passed by the Court
of Ld. JMFC, Mahila Court-01, Rohini Courts.
2. Heard, perused and considered.
3. Ld. Counsel for the revisionist submits that the revisionist was the
complainant/victim before the Ld. Trial Court. He further submits that the Ld. Trial
Court, vide the impugned Order, had discharged all the accused persons, who have been
arrayed as respondent nos. 2 to 7 in the present Revision Petition.
4. Ld. Counsel has explained in brief the facts of the case and grounds of the
present revision petition.
5. In view of the above, upon revisionist taking steps within seven days, issue
notice to the respondents through ordinary process and speed post/RC, returnable for
07.07.2026.
6. The TCR be requisitioned well before the next date of hearing.
