An application for substitution of AR has been filed on
behalf of plaintiff.
Heard. Perused.
It has been stated in the application that the earlier AR
Sh. Neeraj Mudgal has left the company and the plaintiff seeks
permission to substitute the AR namely Sh. Akshay Kumar in place of
earlier AR Sh. Neeraj Mudgal. Keeping in view the reasons explained
in the application and copy of board resolution, application is allowed.
Sh. Akshay Kumar is substituted as AR of plaintiff company.
Heard. Record perused.
Let fresh Summons for settlement of issues of the Suit
be issued upon the defendant(s), on filing of PF, Speed Post, approved
courier & requisite Copies. Summons to be issued under
Order V Rule
5 CPC 1908 upon the defendant(s) shall display mandatory
endorsement “
defendant should file Written Statement of defense
within 30 days from the date of service/receipt of summons alongwith
Statement of Truth and Affidavit of admission/denial of documents of
the plaintiff”, as per Commercial Courts Act, 201
5. Steps be taken
within four weeks. Additional process be given dasti.
Defendant be also served through concerned Ld.
Principal District & Sessions Judge.
