Vide the impugned judgment and Order on Sentence
dated 01.06.2024 and 12.03.2025, the appellants have been
sentenced for 6 months u/s.325/34 IPC, 2 months u/s.451/34 IPC
& 15 days for the offense u/s 341/34 IPC besides fine.
Request is being made to stay the judgment and to
suspend the order on sentence u/s.430 BNSS.
Considered. Considering that the appeal is going to
take some time, the order on sentence of imprisonment shall
stand suspended during the pendency of the appeal and the
appellant is admitted to bail during the pendency of the appeal
subject to furnishing of bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- each with
one surety of like amount.
Bond furnished and accepted.
Copy be sent to the concerned Ld. JMFC.
Order be given dasti.
Copy of appeal be supplied to the Ld. Addl. PP for the
State.
Be listed on 04.06.2025. TCR be summoned.
