person.
Shri Altaf Alvi, Ld. Counsel for the JD (through VC).
The DH, who is present in Court today submits that he has already
received the entire decreetal amount of Rs.30,00,000/- (Rupees Thirty Lakhs
Only) alongwith requisite interest quotient from the Judgment Debtor. He
further submits that as such, he does not wish to pursue the present execution
petition any further and the same may be disposed off as having been satisfied/
not pressed.
Heard.
Separately, statement of Decree Holder/Shri R.P Arora to aforesaid
effect has been recorded.
On the basis of statement of DH recorded in Court today, instant
execution petition is hereby disposed off as having been satisfied/not pressed.
File be consigned to Record Room after completion of necessary
formalities.

Shri Altaf Alvi, Ld. Counsel for the JD alongwith JD in
person.
Today the JD/Shri Rohit Aggarwal has paid a sum of
Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs Only) to the DH by way of RTGS.
The JD has further paid a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten
Lakhs Only) in cash to the DH in court today. The DH, who is present in
Court today, does not dispute the aforesaid factum.
Separately, statement of DH/Shri R.P Arora to aforesaid effect
has been recorded.
DH now submits that principal amount of Rs.3,00,000/-
(Rupees Three Lakhs Only) alongwith interest @12% per annum as per the
decree remains due from the JD.
At joint request, renotify the matter for payment of remaining
principal amount of Rs.3,00,000/- alongwith requisite interest on
11.09.2025 at 12.30 PM.
