This is a fresh suit received by way of assignment. It shall be checked and
registered as per law.
Present : Sh. Pulkit Sanghi and Sh. Rohit Soni, Ld. Counsel for all
plaintiffs with plaintiff nos. 1 and 2.
Arguments are heard.
Issue summons of the suit for settlement of issues and notice of
accompanying application for service upon the defendants on filing of PF,
returnable on next date of hearing. PF be filed today itself.
The defendants are directed to file their written statement within
thirty days from the date of service of the summons. Endorsement of this be made
on the summons.
Ld. Counsel for plaintiff submits that the case may be taken up on a
short date of hearing.
He submits that he requires ad interim injunction and the need is
urgent. He undertakes that he will file PF and he will serve summons upon the
defendants by dasti today itself.
Plaintiff submits that summons be issued to the defendant to be
served by dasti mode.
At the request of plaintiff, it is directed that representative of the
plaintiff is permitted to accompany the process server at the time of service.
Put up for further proceedings on 28.03.2026.
