It is submitted by the Ld. Counsel for appellant that this fact has not been mentioned in the appeal. Perusal of the appeal shows that the appellant has not properly valued the appeal and in para no. 19 of the appeal it has been mentioned only that the requisite court fees has been affixed, however, no details regarding the valuation of the reliefs have been given. It is requested by the Ld. Counsel for appellant that he will move necessary application for amendment of the appeal and will pay the requisite court fees accordingly. Some time is sought for the same. Request is allowed. Put up for moving an appropriate application for amendment of the appeal and further proceedings as per law for 21.07.2026. In the meantime, issue notice of the appeal and accompanying applications to the respondent on filing of PF/RC for date fixed i.e. 21.07.2026.
