1. Taken on record. Ld. Counsel submits that he shall file the
vakalatnama on behalf of the defendant no. 2 on the NDOH.
On request, copy supplied from the court record.
WS be filed within 30 days of the receipt of the
documents. Advance copy of the same be supplied to the
opposite party atleast 15 days prior to the next date of hearing.
The plaintiff has already filed the affidavit in
compliance of order 39 rule 3 CPC on 27.03.2023.
Summons as issued to the defendant no. 3 received
back with report that there is no such person on that address. Ld.
Counsel submits that the address furnished is the same address as
mentioned on the aadhar card of the defendant no. 3.
Fresh summons be issued to the defendant no. 3 to
be served through dasti as well as e-mode on filing of PF within
07 days from today, returnable on 16.10.2023.
Interim order to continue, till the next date of
hearing.
