does not have copy of the reply which was filed in response to the application
for setting aside of order dated 16.10.2023. Ld. Counsel for plaintiff submits
that he has already provided copy of the reply.
Although copy is stated to have been supplied to Ld. Counsel for
defendant, in view of the request made and in order to avoid delay, Ld.
Counsel for plaintiff is directed to provide another copy to Ld. Counsel for
defendant nos. 1 and 2. Copy is supplied.
At the request of Ld. proxy counsel for defendant nos. 1 and 2,
the case is passed over to be called out again at 11.30 am so that counsel for
defendant nos. 1 and 2 can appear.
