1. The petitioner has filed the present revision petition under
Section 438/439 and 440 of the BNSS against the Order dated
08.12.2025 passed by the Court of Ld. CJM, District North West,
Rohini Courts, Delhi.
2. Heard, perused and considered.
3. Ld. Trial Court, vide the impugned Order, has dismissed an
application Section 258 of the Cr.P.C. therein seeking stopping of
proceedings against her.
4. Ld. Counsel has explained the facts of the case and grounds
of petition. Ld. Counsel has also filed a synopsis along with a
compilation of Judgments.
5. Upon petitioner taking steps within 7 days, issue notice of
this petition and applications, if any, through ordinary process and
speed post/RC, returnable for the next date of hearing i.e. 04.07.2026.
