Present: Sh. Badrinath Jha, Ld. Counsel for applicant.
By way of the present application, plaintiff is
praying for preparation of final decree sheet. She has filed non
judicial stamp paper of Rs. 25,000/- with registration fee charges
of Rs. 1,117/- purchased by her for preparation of the final decree
of partition in terms of order dated 09.01.2024.
The preliminary decree of partition was passed on
18.10.2023 in CS DJ 188/2023 and the same was made absolute
on 09.01.2024 in Misc DJ 921/23.
The final decree sheet of partition be prepared on the
non judicial stamp paper furnished alongwith the present
application. The applicant will take the online slot for registration
of decree in requirement of the law from the Office of Sub
Registrar concerned and date and time will be intimated to the
Reader Sh. Pawan Kumar /Nazir Sh. Rajesh Kumar posted to the
Court to produce the decree before the Sub Registrar concerned,
for its registration as required by the law.
After getting registration of final decree, the same be
placed on file and file be consigned to Record Room.
