for setting aside of judgment dt. 29.01.2026 and suspension of
sentence awarded by Ld. Trail Court vide order dt. 05.02.2026.
Heard. Record perused.
As appellant was on bail during trial and disposal of
this appeal is going to take some time, hence, the sentence
awarded to the appellant is suspended and she is admitted to bail
till pendency of appeal, subject to the condition of depositing of
20 % of the compensation amount awarded by the Ld. Trail
Court in the form of an FDR.
Application is accordingly allowed.
