against respondents. Heard. The application is allowed. The WS

On the basis of pleadings, documents and material
on record following issues are framed as under:-
1. Whether petitioners Satpal Garg S/o Om
Prakash Garg and Anita Garg W/o Satpal
Garg, suffered injuries in road traffic
accident on 25.02.2023 at around 03:30 am,
at Outer Bypass Marodhi Mod, Near
Sunhariya Chowk, Rohtak, Haryana due to
rash and negligent driving of offending
vehicle bearing registration no.HR69D-3625
which was being driven by driver Din Dayal
S/o Sh. Inder Singh on the said date, time
and place? OPP.
2. Whether the petitioners/injured are
entitled for compensation, if so, to what
amount and from whom? OPP.
3. Relief.
