be passed-over and no purpose would be served by waiting for appearance of Ld.
Counsel for plaintiff.
Since Ld. Counsel for plaintiff is not agreeable to a pass-over, the case is
adjourned for DE on 30.03.2026. The defendant is directed to submit advance copy of
affidavit of his witnesses in the court as well as to the opposite party at least fifteen
days before next date of hearing.
