Both the counsels submits that some more time is
required for completion of evidence before the Ld. Local
Commissioner.
The matter is sent to Ld. Local Commissioner Sh.

conditions, with directions to the parties to sincerely cooperate
towards conclusion of evidence of the matter.
Both the parties are directed to conclude their
respective evidence before the Ld. Local Commissioner in terms
of orders of the Court dated 13.09.2024.
Any unjustified, non compliance of the aforesaid
directions and delay in the aforementioned time lines may lead to
consequences for non-compliance as per Order XVA Rule 8 CPC
pursuant to the schedule U/s 16 of the Commercial Courts Act,
2015. Copy of this order be given to Ld. Local Commissioner by
way of whatsapp/ e-mail for information and necessary action.
