BWs issued to PW Jai Kumar received back as served upon one
Jai Kanwar.
Jai Kanwar appears along with Ld. Counsel and submits that the
said PW Jai Kumar was the elder brother of Jai Kanwar and he further submits
that PW Jai Kumar has already expired around 8 years ago.
Let the death verification report qua PW Jai Kumar be filed by
the SHO concerned on or before the NDOH. Let copy of this order be sent to
the SHO concerned for filing of death verification report of the said PW on or
before the NDOH.
Considering the circumstances, let bailable warrants to the tune
of Rs.5,000/- with one surety in the like amount be issued against the accused
to be executed through IO concerned, returnable on 23.10.2026.
