An application seeking substitution of Authorised Representative
of the complainant company is filed, same is taken on record.
Manager (Legal) of the complainant company submits that since
the earlier AR of the complainant company has left his services, therefore, new
AR of the complainant company Sh. Mohit Sharma be substituted in place of
the earlier AR. Copy of Power of Attorney dated 25.06.2026 executed in favour
of Sh. Mohit Sharma, AR of the complainant company is also filed on record.
Submissions heard.
In light of submissions made in the application, the same is
allowed and Sh. Mohit Sharma, is substituted as the new AR of the
complainant company henceforth.
CW-1 Sh. Mohit Sharma examined and discharged.
No other CW is to be examined. CE stands closed. `
Perusal of record reflects that, complaint in the present matter has
been filed after 1st July, 2024. Thus, before taking cognizance, issue notice to
the accused under Section 223 BNSS with directions to appear in person on
22.08.2026.
