Official from BSA Hospital submits that the patient has been
referred to some higher centre for Opthalmic Board. Let patient be referred to
Guru Nanak Eye Hospital, Delhi.
Evidence is going on with Ld. LC.

An application on behalf of petitioner namely Sant Lal with
prayer to issue disablity certificate has been moved.
Heard on this application. Record perused.
Counsel for injured/petitioner prays that directions be given to
concerned hospital to issue disability certificate after assessing the injury.
In the interest of justice, Medical Superintendent of Guru
Nanak Eye hospital, Delhi is directed to constitute the Medical Board as per
rules and issue necessary disability certificate after proper examination in
accordance with law. Needful be done as expeditiously as possible. Injured to
approach the concerned hospital for needful. Application stands disposed off
accordingly.
Separate order be sent to concerned Medical Superintendent,
Guru Nanak Eye hospital Delhi. Copy of this order be also sent alongwith
separate order.
On request, copy of order be given dasti.
