taken for condonation of delay is the ill health of the mother and wife of the
defendant.
Although the application is not accompanied by any documewnt in
this regard, however, in the interest of justice, the delay in filing the WS stands
condoned.
Replication to the WS as well as an application seeking placing on
record additional documents has been filed. Copy supplied to the Clerk of Ld.
counsel for defendant. Copy of pendrive has also been supplied to the Clerk of Ld.
counsel for defendant.
