The present Appeal has been filed u/s. 415 BNSS challeging
the Judgment dt 14.05.2024 and Order on Sentence dt. 30.01.2025 passed
by Ld. JMFC-07, North West District.
The appeal is also annexed with an application u/s. 430
BNSS for suspension of sentence and releasing the appellant on bail till
disposal of the present appeal.
The application stands allowed. Sentence of the appellant is
hereby suspended on conditon of furnishing personal bond in the sum of
Rs.20,000/- with one surety in the like amount. Bond not furnished.
Let notice of appeal be served upon the respondent no.1 State
through Ld. Addl. PP for State.
Appeal be put up for arguments on 19.04.2025.

437-A Cr.P.C. The appellant was supposed to file a bond u/s. 389 of
Cr.P.C. / 430 BNSS, however, the appellant has left without furnishing the
proper bond. The bond u/s. 437-A Cr.P.C. is returned.
Accordingly, let NBWs be issued against the appellant for
19.03.2025. Date earlier given stands cancelled.
