Both the Ld counsels submitted that against the order
dated 18.09.2023 passed by Ld MM (Mahila Court), N/W District,
Rohini Courts, Delhi, the revision has been preferred by the
applicants and the respondent herein also. One revision has been
assigned to the court of Sh. Rajender Kumar, Ld ASJ, N/W District,
Rohini Court, Delhi and the other has been assigned to the court of
Sh. Vikram, Ld ASJ, N/W District, Rohini Courts, Delhi. It is now
requested that in order to avoid any conflicting opinion, both the
revisions be assigned to the same court. Ld counsel for the
respondent has given his no objection if both the revisions are
assigned to one court.
Keeping in view the submissions made and the facts of
the case that two revisions have been preferred challenging the
same order dated 18.09.2023, the request is allowed. The criminal
revision pending in the court of Sh. Rajender Kumar is withdrawn
from the said court and is assigned to the court of Sh. Vikram, Ld
ASJ for 14.03.2024.
Ahlmad of the court of Sh. Rajender Kumar, Ld ASJ is

directed to send the file complete in all respects well in time to the
transferee court for 14.03.2024.
A copy of the order be given dasti to both the parties
and be also sent to both the courts as well.
The transfer petition stands disposed off and be
consigned to record room.
