The plaintiff has confirmed that two months rent was received by
him as mentioned by the defendant on the LDOH. It is submitted by Ld.
counsel for the plaintiff that vide order dt. 09.10.2024, the defendant was
directed to pay the admitted rent from the date of that order. Only two months
rent has been paid since then.
The defendant submits that he shall pay two months rent by the
next date. Let the same be done.
No reply filed by the defendant to the application u/O 12 Rule 6
CPC. Ld. counsel for the defendant seeks one week’s time to do so. Let the
same be done with advance copy to the plaintiff.
Put up for arguments as well as for confirmation of payment for
31.05.2025.
Date given as per the convenience of Ld. counsel for the
defendant. Defendant is directed to clear the rent dues and pay the previous
cost by the next date.
