The defendant no. 2 has filed the reply to both the
applications u/o 7 rule 14 CPC filed by the plaintiff. Copy supplied.
The defendant has not filed the reply to the application u/o
11 rule 12 CPC. Same be filed positively by the NDOH with copy to the
plaintiff.
Part arguments heard on the application u/o 7 rule 14 CPC.
During the course of arguments, Ld. Counsel for the
defendants has pointed out that there are certain discrepencies in the
name of the plaintiff society and that the alleged AR has no authority to
file the present suit. It is submitted that in the title of the case, the name
of the society is mentioned as “SHRI HANUMAN MANDIR SAMITI
(REGD.)” while the registration certificate is in the name of “SHREE
HANUMAN MANDIR SAMITI”. The other documents mention the

name of the society as “SHRI HANUMAN MANDIR SAMITI
(REGD.)”.
The plaintiff has submitted that the name of the society was
changed but he is unable to point out the relevant document at this stage.
Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff seeks time to argue.
