Since accused persons are charge sheeted without
arrest, keeping in view the law laid down by Hon'ble Supreme
Court in Satender Kumar Antil Vs. CBI (2022) 10 SCC 51,
accused persons are admitted to bail on furnishing personal bond in
sum of Rs. 15,000/- each with sureties of like amount. Personal
bonds furnished. Time sought to furnish surety bonds. Be filed by
next date of hearing. Personal bonds are accepted till next date of
hearing.
