This fresh transfer petition be checked and registered.
Ld. Counsel for the petitioner has stated that he has filed
the present transfer petition for transfer of case file of FIR No.1007/16
PS Vijay Vihar u/s 308/323/34 IPC which is pending in the court of
Shri Babru Bhan, ld. ASJ-03, North West District to the court of Shri
Vikram, ld. ASJ-02, North West where cross case is pending trial so
that both the cases be tried by one court.
Ld. Addl. PP for the State (substitute) has stated that he
has no objection for the same.
Heard and perused the record.
Having considered the contents of the transfer petition,
submission made and no objection given by the ld. Addl. PP for the
State (substitute), the transfer petition is allowed. The case file of FIR
No.1007/16 PS Vijay Vihar u/s 308/323/34 IPC which is pending in
the court of Shri Babru Bhan, ld. ASJ-03, North West District is
withdrawn from that court and is transferred to the court of Shri
Vikram, ld. ASJ-02, North West where cross case is pending trial so
that both the cases be tried by one court.
Copy of this order be sent to the concerned court for
compliance.
The transfer petition is disposed of and transfer petition
file be consigned to Record Room.
