R2 not received back and R1 also unserved. Petitioner is directed
to take steps for effecting service on R1 and R2 on filing of
PF/RC and speed post returnable on next date. Affidavit with
tracking report for service by speed post/RC be filed on the next
date.
Petitioner is directed to file criminal case record with
advance copy to opposite counsel prior to next date.
Put up for appearance of R1 and R2 on 23.01.2025.

and R2 has appeared and has filed memo of appearance behalf
of R1 and R2. Sh. Anoop Pandey, Ld. Counsel for petitioner has
also appeared. It is stated by ld. Counsel for R1 and R2 that they
have not received the copy of petition and annexures. Petitioner
is directed to supply the copy of petition and annexures within 15
days and on receipt of the same, R1 and R2 to file WS within 30
days.
Since the service is complete qua R1 and R2, therefore,
there is no need to issue notice to R1 and R2.
Put up on the date already fixed i.e. 23.01.2025.
