rectification in the award dated 10.01.2026.

Heard on the application. File perused.
It is stated by Ld. Counsel for the petitioners that although
the matter was settled for a sum of Rs.13,50,000/- but there is
typographical error while distributing the award amount and the
court while passing the award wrongly distributed the award
amount for a sum of Rs. 6 lacs each to each petitioner, whereas
Rs.1,50,000/- was left to be distributed. It is prayed that the same
be rectified.
Perusal of record reveals that the present matter has been
settled in the lok adalat vide award dated 10.01.2026 for a sum of
Rs. 13,50,000/-. Record further reveals that inadvertently in the
award dated 10.01.2026, the apportionment was wrongly
mentioned as Rs. 6 lacs each given to each petitioner. Therefore,
the application stands allowed. The distribution of award amount
is rectified. The award amount is now distributed as under:-
