Present: Ld. Counsel for plaintiff.
Defendant with Ld. Counsel.
Summons to the defendant at address of M520 has been
served personally on 04.03.2024 whereas summons sent to him at
address of M470 is received back unserved.
Ld. Counsel for plaintiff stated that address of M470
was mentioned in the adhar card of the defendant which is also filed
with the plaint.
Defendant stated that the page nos 5, 6, 23 to 26 are not
received with the summons. The summons received back pertaining
to address of M470 are having complete copy of paper books. Ld.
Counsel for plaintiff stated the complete copy of the paper book was
filed to be sent with summons.
The plea of the defendant about non receiving of
complete paper book inspire no trust, however, the complete paper
book received back with unserved summons is supplied to him and
one week's time is granted to him to file his written statement.
WS on behalf of defendant be filed within one week
from today and its copy be supplied to plaintiff in advance so that
replication if any may be filed.
Put up on 27.07.2024 for completion of pleadings, filing
of documents in original if any, admission/denial of documents and
settlement of issues.
