Appearing proxy counsel for defendants seeks an
adjournment on the ground of non-availability of the Counsel for
defendants, due to his engagement in another District Courts.
Ld. counsel for plaintiff submits that interim orders
have already been passed by the Court vide detailed orders dated
19.02.2024, after due consideration of the facts and
circumstances of the present case. It is submitted that eye volume
of impugned goods were also discovered on the visit of the Local
Commissioner. It is prayed that the interim orders be confirmed
for further progress of the case.
The Court has examined the appearing Counsel for
defendant for another instructions towards efforts of settlement.
It is submitted that so far, there are no instructions in this regard.
Pleadings in the matter are complete. Parties to
submit regarding any possibility of settlement on the next date of
hearing, failing which, for arguments on interim application on
10.09.2025.
