debtor along with judgment debtor Sh. Abhishek
Giri in person.
Letter of appointment from the DLSA is placed on
record. The Ld. Predecessor of this Court had issued warrants of
attachment against the judgment debtor. However, the warrants
of attachment could not be executed as the wife of the judgment
debtor caused the obstruction.
An application u/s 151 CPC on behalf of decree
holder is moved for police assistance for execution of the
warrants of attachment. In view of the report of the process
server, the present application for police aid is allowed.
Let warrants of attachment be issued in respect of
the movable articles of the judgment debtor, on filing of PF.
SHO concerned is directed to provide necessary
police aid to the bailiff for execution of warrants of attachment.
DH is directed to appear before Ld. ACJ, North-
West for appointment of bailiff on 19.02.2026.
Be put up for report before this Court on 13.03.2026.
Copy of this order be also sent to SHO concerned
for compliance.
