An application has been filed by the plaintiff seeking
redressal of the leakage problem in his portion i.e. ground floor of
property bearing H.No. QD-22, Pitampura, New Delhi-110034. It
is submitted that defendant is residing on the first floor of the
building and there is a lot of leakage on the roof of the ground
floor.
Both the parties sought some time to find an amicable
solution to the problem of leakage. After detailed discussion, it is
submitted by counsel for both the parties that both the parties shall
call their respective plumbers today at 5.00 pm for assessment of
cause of leakage and shall make every endeavor to rectify the
leakage.
At joint request, put up for further proceedings on the
date already fixed i.e. 10.08.2026.
