Present: Sh. Ram Kishan, Ld. counsel for applicant/plaintiff.
It is stated in the application that on last date of
hearing, an official from the GST Department was called with
some document for examination on behalf of plaintiff but the said
official informed that the Delhi Office is not having the relevant
record and the same falls in Range-1 of Faridabad East located at
Ashoka Enclave, Sanjay Colony and Subhash Nagar, Faridabad,
Haryana-121001.
In view of submissions made in the application,
application is allowed. Witnesses i.e. (1) GST official from GST
Department Range-1 of Faridabad East located at Ashoka
Enclave, Sanjay Colony and Subhash Nagar, Faridabad,
Haryana-121001, with relevant document as mentioned in the
application and (2) Official from Bank of Baroda, Shalimar Bagh
branch, with relevant document as mentioned in the applicaxtion,
as prayed be summoned for recording evidence before Ld. Local
Commissioner. Diet money is allowed to be paid at the spot.
Put up for report of Ld. Local Commissioner on date
already fixed i.e. 25.05.2026.
