plaintiff.
The plaintiff has filed the replication to the WS of
defendant no. 1 and 2 along with reply to the application under
Order 7 Rule 10 CPC filed by the defendant no. 2 on the last
date. Copy supplied to Ld. Counsel for the defendant no. 1 & 2.
Ld. Counsel for the defendant no. 2 submits that he
shall file his vakalatnama by NDOH.
No reply is filed by the plaintiff to the application
under Order 1 Rule 10 CPC filed by the D-5 on LDOH. It is
submitted that the Ld. Main counsel shall directly argue on the

application on the next date. In case any reply is to be filed,
advance copy of the same be supplied to the Ld. Counsel for the
D-5.
Now to come up for arguments on the application
under Order 7 Rule 10 CPC & under Order 1 Rule 10 CPC for

Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff has pointed out that
the name of the case is wrongly mentioned as Vinod Garg Vs.
Geea Devi. Ahlmad is directed to correct the same as per the
memo of parties.
