Present transfer petition moved on behalf of the
applicants/accused seeking clubbing of two cross cases. Case
FIR No. 434/2020 PS Prem Nagar u/s.308/323/325/451/34 IPC
titled as State v. Sanjeev & Ors. is pending before this court and
is listed today for PE. Another case i.e. FIR No. 456/2020 PS
Prem Nagar u/s.323/341/34 IPC titled as State v. Sukhbir & Ors.
is stated to be pending before the court of Ms. Preeti Rajoria, Ld.
MM/Mahila Court-2 (NW) where the same is listed for
30.04.2024.
Ld. Chief Prosecutor submits that he has nothing to say
so far as the transfer of connected case from the court of Ld. MM
to this court is concerned as cross-cases are to be tried together.
Ld. Counsel for respondents also submits that he has no objection
if the cross case is transferred to this court.

In view of above, in order to avoid conflicting orders
and have a comprehensive adjudication of the disputes involving,
practically, the same parties and same subject matter, the case
bearing FIR No. 456/2020 PS Prem Nagar u/s.323/341/34 IPC
titled as State v. Sukhbir & Ors. is withdrawn from the court of
Ms. Preeti Rajoria, Ld. MM/Mahila Court-2 (NW) and is
transferred to this court, for disposal as per law. Transfer Petition
is accordingly disposed off.
Parties are directed to appear before this court on
06.05.2024 when the connected case is also listed. Ahlmad of
the court concerned is directed to send the case file complete in
all respect to this court well in time. Copy of the order be sent to
the court concerned for intimation. Transfer petition be
consigned to Record Room.
