An application for substitution of AR has already
been filed on behalf of plaintiff bank.
Heard. Perused.
It has been stated in the application that the earlier
AR of the Bank Sh. Uttam Kumar, has been transferred to
another branch of the plaintiff bank and the plaintiff bank seeks
permission to substitute the AR namely Sh. Abhishek Banerjee.
Keeping in view the reasons explained in the application,
application is allowed. Attested copy of general power of
attorney placed is taken on record.
An application for filing fresh address of the
defendants is filed on behalf of plaintiff bank.
Heard. In view of the submissions, the application is
allowed. Fresh address of the defendants is taken on record.
Amended memo of parties also taken on record.
Let Summons for settlement of issues of the Suit be
issued upon the defendant(s), on filing of PF, Speed Post,
approved courier & requisite Copies. Summons to be issued
under
Order V Rule 5 CPC 1908 upon the defendant(s) shall
display mandatory endorsement “

Statement of defense within 30 days from the date of
service/receipt of summons alongwith Statement of Truth and
