arrived at between the parties in Mediation Centre today.

Report from Mediation Center, Rohini Courts have
been received. As per report, matter has been settled between the
parties in Mediation Center today.
Statement of plaintiff as well as of AR of defendant
qua settlement are recorded. It is prayed on behalf of plaintiff that

the decree be passed in terms of settlement arrived at between the
parties.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case
and the settlement dated 23.02.2024, the suit is decreed in terms
of settlement dated 23.02.2024 Ex P1.
Parties will comply the settlement and if defendant
makes any default in compliance of settlement, the plaintiff will
be entitled to file execution petition as per law after the period of
payment expires.
The court fees be returned to the plaintiff as per rules
as the matter has been settled in Mediation Center.
Decree sheet be prepared and thereafter file be
consigned to Record Room after due compliance.
