Present : Plaintiff in person with ld counsel.
Defendant no. 1 with his brother and for his father
Jagdish Singh.
It is stated by the defendant no. 1 that plaintiff is in
arrears of rent for the last 6 months and the supply of electricity and
water is not disconnected and the same is continue. It is stated that the
premises is locked by the plaintiff and no one is residing in the
premises and that many a times he has quarreled with defendant no. 2
and complaints with the police have been made in this regard and that
steps have been taken for eviction of the plaintiff from the premises.
On the other hand it is stated by the plaintiff that his
family is residing at the premises and that the portion where electricity
meter is installed is locked by the defendant and that he has paid all
the rent and Rs. 16500/- was paid in the month of December 2023 to
defendant no. 1 in cash.
The defendant seeks time to engage the counsel and file
detailed reply to the injunction application as well as the written
statement.
The plaintiff may also file the details of the bills paid
and to show that the electricity is disconnected by the defendant.
Put up on 22.01.2024 for reply to the injunction
application and arguments on it and as well as for filing written
statement.
