It is stated by Ld. Counsel for defendants that the
legible/coloured copy of the photographs running from page no. 47 to
51 have not been supplied to him.
Ld. Counsel for plaintiff filed the coloured copy of set
papers in the court file and undertakes to supply the copy today itself
to the counsel for defendants stating that plaintiff has brought only one
set of photographs.
It is stated by Ld. Counsel for defendants that 20 video
clips have been sent through email to him. It is stated by Ld. Counsel
for plaintiff that the same are the contents of the pendrive filed with
the plaint on behalf of plaintiff.
The coloured/legible copy of photographs be supplied to
the counsel for defendants today itself. Defendant may file written
statement within 30 days from today subject to supply of documents
and its copy be supplied to plaintiff in advance so that replication if
any may be filed.
Put up on 16.05.2024 for completion of pleadings, filing
of documents in original if any, admission/denial of documents and
settlement of issues.
A cost of Rs. 5000// is imposed upon plaintiff to be
paid to defendants on account of adjournment of the matter today.
