Report of service of summons on Defendant filed
by the Ld. Counsel for Plaintiff. Same is taken on record.
As per the Tracking Report, both Defendants have
been served with the summons of the suit on 02/02/2024.
Till date Written Statement has not been filed by
any of the Defendants.
In view of the circumstances, Defendant no. 2
is proceeded ex-parte and right of both Defendants to file
Written Statement stands closed.
Both the parties are submitting that there are
elements of settlement and pray that matter may be referred to
Mediation Centre.
Considering the elements of settlement, put up
before the Mediation Centre today itself i.e. on 18/07/2024 at
12:30 p.m.
Parties are directed to appear in person before
Mediation Centre.
Referral Form be filled up by both the parties.
Put up on 20/09/2024 awaiting the result of
mediation proceedings and in case no settlement would have
been arrived at, for recording ex-parte PE on 20/09/2024.
