Sh. Anubhav Dubey (Through VC) and Sh. Amit Kumar Meena,
Ld. Counsel for D-2 and 4.
Matter is listed for filing of reply to application for installation
of CCTV camera on floor filed on behalf of the Plaintiff. Reply filed. Same is
taken on record.
At this stage, it is submitted by Ld. Counsel for Defendant-2 and
4 that they have no objection and will not create any hinderance in installation
of CCTV camera on the ground floor of suit property which is in the
possession of plaintiff.
Ld. Counsel for defendant-2 and 4 is directed to remain present
on NDOH for recording the statement to abovesaid effect.
Further, no replication has been filed to WS of D-2 and 4 on
behalf of the Plaintiff. Accordingly, the right to file the same is hereby closed.
Steps not taken qua service of D-1 and 3. Final opportunity is
being given for the service of D-1 and 3, subject to a cost of Rs. 1000/-,
payable to DLSA, North, Rohini, failing which appropriate orders will be
passed. Receipt of the same be filed by NDOH.
Put up the matter for further proceedings on 26.12.2025.
