to the court with the photographs whether any projection in any form i.e. bricks /
jaal /
iron / temporary structure remains or not after the action. He shall also file the
documents issued by MCD to the defendant and the details of extent of booking made.
It is clarified that if he remains absent, coercive action shall be taken to
ensure his appearance.
