that plaintiff wants to withdraw the present suit, however,
subsequently, no one appeared on behalf of plaintiff for the purpose of
withdrawal. Vide order dated 20.01.2026, last and final opportunity
was granted to the plaintiff to appear and pursue the present suit.
However, today also, no one has appeared on behalf of plaintiff
despite repeated calls.
It appears that plaintiff is not interested in pursing the
present suit.
Accordingly, the present suit is dismissed for non-
prosecution/non-appearance of plaintiff.
