27.02.1987 shows that the said letter was written by SDM to
Director of Panchayats and the said letter nowhere
mentioned as to when the allotment was cancelled and
whether the plot of the plaintiff is included in the same or not.
In such circumstances, issue notice to
concerned BDO to appear in person on NDOH to clarify the
situation.
