Counsel for the respondent has submitted that the
respondent has received a sum of Rs.50 lakhs from the account of
the deceased. However, respondent present in the court admits that
she has spent a sum of Rs.20 lakhs from the said amount.
As per the reviewed judgment, three applicants and
respondent have 1/4 equal share in the amount/movable assets of the
deceased, however, the respondent has already spent more than her
1/4 share. Upon enquiry, the respondent has stated that her Saving
Account bearing no.33150100021757 is being maintained with Bank
of Baroda, Branch Burari.

In view of the above observations, the Account bearing
no.33150100021757 maintained with Bank of Baroda, Branch-
Burari is freezed till further orders.
Let copy of this order be sent to the Branch Manager,
Bank of Baroda, Burari, Delhi for necessary compliance.
Let a summons be issued to the Branch Manager, Bank
of Baroda, Burari, Delhi to appear in person along with Statement of
Accounts till date, for the NDOH.
List the matter for further proceedings on 09.06.2026.
Copy of this order be given Dasti to the parties.
