80 (2) of CPC. Accordingly, he wishes to withdraw his present application.
Counsel for plaintiff is directed to remain present on the NDOH for his
statement for withdrawal of the application.

Issue summons of the suit to the defendants in the prescribed proforma on
filing of PF/RC. Steps be taken within one week.
