None for defendant no. 1.

Seema Arya and Kuldeep Arya.
It is submitted by ld. Counsel for the plaintiff that copy of
application u/o I rule 10 CPC was supplied to defendant on 26.11.2024.
Plaintiff has sought impleadment of Seema Arya and Kuldeep
Arya, however, as per the submissions of ld. Counsel for proposed
defendant and the sale deed shown, the property in question is alleged to be
in the name of Seema Arya. Hence, Kuldeep Arya is neither a necessary
party nor a proper party. For the reasons stated in the aplication, same
stands partly allowed and Seema Arya is hereby impleaded as one of the
defendants. Defendant Seema Arya is at liberty to file W/S within statutory
period with advance copy to plaintiff. Defendant Seema Arya is restrained
from making interference in the possession of the plaintiff till NDOH.
Amended memo of parties be filed by the plaintiff on NDOH.
To come up for further proceedings on 07.04.2025.
