Ravinder in person. Matter is fixed today for further proceedings. An application has been filed on behalf of Bailiff Sh. Ravinder seeking cancellation of BWs issued against him vide order dated 01.08.2025. In view of the averments made in the application, application seeking cancellation of BWs is allowed. Bws directed to be issued against the bailiff Ravinder stands cancelled. Warrants of attachment of movable property be issued afresh against the JD as per list attached on filing of PF, as per rules. DH is directed to appear for appointment of Bailiff on 26.11.2025 before Ld. ACJ and to Report before this Court on 09.01.2026 DH is also directed to file an affidavit stating therein that there is no stay on the execution petition alongwith the PF, if not filed earlier. The affidavit be filed one week prior to the issuance of warrant of attachment. Ld. ACJ, North, Rohini, Delhi is requested to assign the warrant of attachment for the purpose of execution to some other bailiff. Copy of the order be sent to Ld. ACJ, North, Rohini, Delhi.
