An application U/s 151 CPC has been filed on
behalf of defendant for placing on record the affidavit in
support of the WS filed on behalf defendant no.1-5.
Heard.
In the interest of justice, the application is
allowed. Affidavits are taken on record.
It is stated by Ld. Counsel for defendant no.1-5
that the defendant no.1-5 have complied the order dated
22.01.2025 and notice has been annexed on the gates. Ld.
Counsel for plaintiff submits that the photographs filed with
the compliance report itself shows that the defendants have
by themselves tweaked the directions and instead of 6:00am
to 11:00pm, have stated the timings for the gates as 6:00am to
10:30pm.
Ld. Counsel for the defendant no.1-5 submits
that the same is inadvertent and shall be rectified within a
week.
In the interest of justice, one opportunity is
granted to defendant no.1-5 to file the compliance report with
the photographs on NDOH.
