WS not filed on behalf of defendant no. 2 to8 till date. ld. Counsel for
defendant no.2 to 8 seeks time to file WS. Let the same be filed before NDOH after
supplying advance copy to the opposite party.
ld. Counsel for plaintiff submitted that defendants be directed not to
disconnect essential service water and electricity. At this ld. Counsel for defendant no.2 to
8 submitted that he has no objection regarding submission of plaintiff.
Defendants are directed not to disconnect essential services of water and
electricity till NDOH.
ld. Counsel for plaintiff submitted that there is an apprehension that
defendants may disposes the plaintiff.
Defendants are directed not to disposes the plaintiff without following due
process of law till NDOH.
Issue fresh summons for settlement of issues and notice of the application
under Order XXXIX rule 1 & 2 CPC to defendant no.1 on filing of PF/RC/Speed Post/AD
for 24.01.2024. Steps be taken within 7 days.
On request of ld. Counsel for plaintiff Dasti summon be also issued.
